Overview

Welcome to the PHOBS REPPORT App, a solution developed to address the marine debris issue in Hawai’i. This application aims to optimize communication and coordination among organizations involved in marine debris removal.

Project Goals

The REPPORT App is designed with the following key goals in mind:

• Centralized Database: Create a comprehensive centralized database that serves as the foundation for our system.
• Real-time Public Access: Develop user-friendly features that allow the public to access real-time information about ongoing debris removal efforts.
• Dispatch Communication Tools: Implement effective communication tools that enable seamless collaboration among organizations.

Learning Experience

This project provided valuable insights into real-world collaboration, data management, and user authentication challenges. Working on a team project enhanced my understanding of Agile methodologies and the importance of effective communication in a distributed development environment.
